I have had several buyers through the program. It is just like a regular sale. All you do is ship it to the facility address that they give you with the reference number. For me in Florida, the facility is in Kentucky. Great way to do international sales without the risk. I have had no problems so far.

I've used it at least a dozen times, and except for one transaction have had no problems. I shipped a medal to England, and the buyer said she hadn't received it.

It shows as being delivered in KY, and also in England based on the Global Shipping Program tracking.

eBay states that once it shows delivered to the GSP facility, you as a seller are no longer on the hook. What they DON'T say is they freeze your money until it's resolved. I have close to $300 that has been out on hold for close to 2 months now.

I won't use it again until I see how this pans out.

I have used it a few times. Only issue I see is the high shipping Ebay charges for this program (that they don't tell you), and they collect import/duty charges up front - but some are willing to pay it. Shipped a $600 coin to Greece no problem.

Hey joe777, just curious why that is a problem for you? It works just like a regular sale to the seller. Just trying to learn.

I wouild rather just ship them myself. Only lost 2 international packages since 1999. I have had other sellers tell me it adds a lot of cost in some cases, doubles the shipping.

Let me put it this way. I had a Newfoundland coin for sale using the GSP. I got an email from a buyer asking why I was charging $26 shipping to Canada (approx $30 Canadian) for one coin. Now that I know more about shipping to Canada, I know that I can ship that for about $7 including tracking. Thats a $19 difference...making me wonder how enticing my items were to International buyers with shipping cost that was almost 4 times higher than "normal."
