It’s just a Vogon survey vessel, marking out the route for the impending intergalactic highway construction project for a hyperspace express route. The demolition notice served on Earth last week is being kept secret by the Bilderberg Group, but is rumoured to include a clause authorising the payment of 100 trillion Earth dollars in compensation (approximately 12,500 dollars each). Residents of Gary, Indiana in the US; Luton, Bedfordshire in the UK; and Delhi in India are excluded from any compensation claims, since flattening those areas would be judged an improvement.
