Godair Russell Watch Fob Question

I found this watch fob a few years back but have never really been able to find much info on it. The penny is for reference size. The front reads Godair Russell Commission Co. The back reads Godair Russell Commission Co. St. Louis, Ft. Worth, St. Joseph, Kansas City Capital Stock $60,000.00 Full Paid At the very bottom is reads Bastian Bros. Roch, NY. I found this at an old homesite, I've seen another one like it so I imagine it's a little on the rare side. Tried looking in the net for info but only find a small write up that this company merged with Cassidy-Southwestern in 1914. Anyone know anything about it? I know it's got to do with the Stockyards.
