Yes, any type of cave/tunnel or old mine workings marked by a large plain red circle. Green Xs for any type of archaeological signal, including signs/markers.

Dowsing revealed gold bars/abandoned gold mine in the area of the white circle and gold attractions in the form of veins in the areas of the green circles along with abandoned gold mines.
