I went to a community garage sale this morning and came home with lots of silver and some gold too!
The picture with 9 rings are all sterling silver and were bought for $4 each. I payed about melt for them, but am still very pleased with them. The picture with 4 rings and the necklace are stamped 10K and 14K and were also bought for $4 a piece. Altogether, the gold weights about 8-9 grams, so for $20, that was a great score!
The others were from another sale and were bought for $1 each. 2 of them are marked 925, the black one and the blue ones are unmarked, so I don't know much about those. The seller said the black one was costume jewellery, but I figured for a dollar, why not? The outside reads "NY T & CO 1837" and the inside says:
Tiffany & co

Some research online found it is black titanium and sterling silver. What concerns me is the markings almost look printed on instead of the usual stamped. I hope it isn't the usual "if it's too good to be true, it usually is" as it would be quite valuable if it is authentic. Any opinions would be appreciated, as I'm stumped on this one.
