I don't think the finders do, as they probably were never found on their land (which they lied about). The Laws are more harsh than the UK on these things, so finding it on your land is a get out of jail free card.

I do not think the story of the basement of the house is true .... But do not worry, not it would go to jail, only would have to declare themselves insolvent and not paying 200,000 euros , penalty for theft from the national heritage.
