Gold- First time out

Went out with Frank of Adventures for Gold to one of his private claims... what a great time. Absolutely beautiful up there. I was the only Newb there, but with Frank's (Tnet user 2cmorau) and Mr. J's (Tnet User Gravel Washer) help, I was able to find some nice flakes!!! I look forward to going up there again!!!

Ya its too late for Rob hes got the gold bug and running a high temp.
Let me know if you guys want to make a trip to Placerville, I will be doing a bit of prospecting on Saturday. More than willing to show you my local spots. I know just the spot for Frank with a good gravel bar, just promise you wont shovel the whole thing through your sluice..lol, man Frank can move some gravel!!
