Gold laden rocks 🔥melted🔥 down and assayed for their precious metal content. This is a whirlwind of rock crushing, smelting and cupelling to finish out the season. On the final smelt of the year, the gold bead froze midway through the cupellation process, and we had to quickly figure out a way to "un-freeze" it. This simple gold recovery method can be used by anyone to recover free milling gold from rock.
