Passed the 24k acid test at my local pawn shop.

24 sounds like someone saved up the flakes from gold leafing various items & melted them together. I knew a mate who did this & it looked like that ball.

A part time hobby of mine is E-cycling. After dissolving all the gold from computer chips and memory boards you get a little pile of 24K gold dust. Once melted with a blowtorch it forms a ball that looks exactly like that.

I agree I think its recovered gold from electronics. Who cares its a ball of 24k gold now and.... ITS YOURS !!
