Hi everybody,
I have had a limestone rock tested and there is gold in it.I wonder if you could help me about this matter? Does Aqua Regia method work with gold ores with/in limestone? What is the best method of recovering/refining gold in limestones? If Aqua Regia method Works, what is the best method to precipitate the gold ? Thanks in advance...

You can use carbolic acid to dissolve limestone.Acid doesnt effect gold.

After dissolving the limestone, can I use Aqua Regia method to recover the gold ?thanks for your reply...

I actually will clean it with nitric acid....then I plan to do the Aqua Regia method... I wonder if I can use this method for such ores with limestone? Thanks...

By the way, there is carbolic acid in powder form I think. How much carbolic acid should I use? I think I should use it in liquid form, how can I make carbolic acid liquid? What is the water ratio per gram/kg of carbolic acid? Your reply will be highly appreciated...
