Gold Mystery watch "Stuarti" and midevil ring

I cant figure anything out about this ladies watch I got, It is weaved band appears gold, two tiny diamonds in face It says "stuarti" at the top and Quartz at the bottom. It has a weird mark on the inside that looks like a curved "h" inside a square. It also says "unadjusted" and "Five 5 Jewel" it has a serial number on the inner works thats "S411"

PLEEEAASSEEE someone give me some information ANYTHING would be greatly apreciated.

oh if yall wouldnt mind lookin at this ring i guess its midevil used to have a gold coin worth some money
