It has been raining for a couple of days here, but this morning it had stopped for a bit. I decided to start at a wood chip area before going to look for a silver coin. I started feeling the mist that has been going on for the last two days start again. But I had just got a broken up pull tab reading, so I moved the wood chips and saw a small gold ring with 5 diamonds that was marked 10K. I got what I wanted so I packed up and left for home. HH! Thanks for looking!

P.S. I also found about $3 in clad.

Sorry to break the news but I think they are not real diamonds. :( 10k are normally CZ, I also think I can see CZ stamp. :dontknow: I know it sucks but I think you should know also. :icon_thumleft: 10k gold is 41% solid gold so at say $45.00 a gram your rings about 4 grams $180 - 41% = $72 in gold or close to that is your pawn value. :o

Nice ring and golds always good so, great find !! :headbang:

Keep @ it and HH !! :D ;D

rockyredbaron, I am using my teknetics 8000 that I got used in or around 1978. If it goes bad however, I will have to go back to my relic magnum 6 compass until I save the money for my new MDer.

I thought I saw that right after I posted this, oh well.

Very nice....CZ does mean cubic zirconium, but the ring could have been upgraded with real diamonds.
Your "diamonds" aren't throwing a lot of color in those pictures, that's a good thing.
I am interested in the stamp on the band 10kg. ;)

3 dollars in clad and one fabulous ring! Cant beat it with a stick! 8)

nice ring :icon_thumleft: MR TUFF
