Here are my finds for this evenings quick hunt $2.16 in clad. What is believed to be a gold ring it is not marked. It rang up a 52 on my AT MAX it was about 6 in deep and I found it about 10 yards away from where I dug up the 1892 Barber half last week and the usual Farm trash. Not sure why my pictures always come out sideways when I use my cell phone to post.

Great saves! A gold ring would ring right up in the 52 range... Rings are such a thrill to find and if they’re gold...nice! I’ve only found one gold ring, honestly it was a “dig EVERY signal” day. Congrats! Ddf.

Nice recovery on the gold ring, looks like it has some age to it as well.

For the sideways pictures, I found if I just resize the photo the image posts up straight.

I don't know what it is other than a ring. Ddf above may know what he is talking about though. Hope so. If so, congratulations.

Very nice hunt with a gold surprise, congrats! :occasion14:

Great looking ring...congrats. I take my photos landscape, i.e., camera turned sideways. Pictures post OK that way for me.

My gold test kit came today and it tests 12k and being its not marked mean it was made before 1906
