The title probably caught your eye but lets get to business

The time has come to make my semi-annual trip from Missouri to South Florida

I consider myself a serious surf & beach treasure hunter who says bring it on to wave pounding, hot sand, and hot/humid temps

I plan to detect beach and surf from south beach to palm beach just prior to sunrise-midmorning & late afternoon-sunset. I may detect Naples vicinity prior to sunset, to capture the sunset

If anyone would like to meet-up and detect together, I'd buy ya a beverage of your choice & talk treasure huntin with ya

Some of my finds from past trips include a silver ring-palm beach, a gold class ring-south beach, a gold wedding band-sanibel island, and a pair of 3 carat post mounts-naples pier & I was proud to pull in such a small target with my excalibur, and a ladies crystal bulova watch-palm beach

My wife will be in tow & she does an excellent job of manning the beach umbrellas and securing gear

We fly into FLL on the 24th & depart evening of the 30th, drop me an e, I look forward to detect with a real Floridian

Wish I could hook up with you but that is a haul for me from North Florida. Good luck and I am sure you will do well again.

Snook has a lock on a great location and has an invite for someone to hunt with him on another post here. I believe we have a get together planned that weekend near Bradenton for all of us to meet and share war stories, play with equipment and eat a hotdog or two.

Facing Hooters in Plantation, very familiar with the area, I can pick you up on my way to the beach........I live out a lil west of University Dr.

Now that I re-read this thread I think I see a pattern developing......staying right across from Hooters, hunting right in front of Hooters.........you must be a BIG fan of owls.........lol.
