1 Pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp. Pepper
6 bone-in pork chops (2-1/4 lbs.)**
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing as directed on package for stove top method. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and pepper in small bowl; set aside.
Line large rimmed cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray. Brush both sides of chops with mustard mixture and arrange on pan. Top chops with stuffing. Bake 30 minutes until chops are cooked through.
**Instead of pork chops, I've used 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts and tastes great.
