Good deal on a little sterling yesterday

Got this out of a little indoor flea market yesterday. At first I thought it was some Siam stuff, but when I saw the motif's I'm guessing it's a Peruvian silver napkin holder. You can hardly see the 925 on it and that I think is why the vendor priced it for only $3.25 + tax. It's all clean unweighted sterling at a total of 63.2 grams for a sweet price of $3.52
