Good find or Not??

I recently went walking and always looking around and hopefully find something, well I did but want to be sure. One looks like a large spearhead and the other I'm not sure if it's some kind of handmade tool, it looks like its missing some end pieces. Dug around but couldn't find it. Could someone look at my pics and see if they are legit. Thank you
