Looks like MS Woods June 3 1924!

Yep, that’s it, filed by Marcus S. Woods, assignor to the Good Grape Company of Chatanooga, Tennessee. The term of the patent was 14 years, so would have expired in 1938.

The company actually changed name to the “Seminole Flavor Company” during 1924 but retained “Good Grape” as a brand until around 1927 when it had evolved to became “Double Grape”.

That is a Great looking bottle.
