Got a BDay Hunt in! Been awhile😳

Got smashed in Nov, breaking my ankle and wrist. Finally on My feet and got to get out for a hunt for a gift
The first yard I hunted in a town an hour away. Hunted the whole yard and only a couple new Pennie’s. The lady said it had been hunted, and it had😳 After 2 hrs and the whole yard complete and second to last pass on the curb strip next to the road and bammm!!! Found a Sweet little Silver Ring! Had the diamond tested on the way home and it isn’t real.
Left and came 30 minutes closer to home at another town, and after hunting 3 more yards and I was able to get across a 1925 Merc! Turned out to be a Great Hunt! Silver#2fty!!

Hey Digger there's a better than less chance that the stone is real. They rarely put glass in nice mounts... the mounts look cheap when the stone is glass but yours has a quality look. For the heck of it check it again at another location. Better yet... get a $12 diamond tester off Temu or such. It's the same thing the jeweler uses. Nice finds man and glad to see you feeling better.

Hey Digger there's a better than less chance that the stone is real. They rarely put glass in nice mounts... the mounts look cheap when the stone is glass but yours has a quality look. For the heck of it check it again at another location. Better yet... get a $12 diamond tester off Temu or such. It's the same thing the jeweler uses. Nice finds man and glad to see you feeling better.
