Minelab Excalibur , Explorer 2 ,Soverign elite,
I sent my excalibur and soverign elite in on Monday. They called me on thursday. They Fixed both machines and sent it out today. I have never had a problem with those guys. Robert and Bill are tops in my book .

That is nice too hear lowtones , not only do they sell some of the best detectors, it's good to know that their customer service is also top notch. I have heard about the same thing from 3 other people over the last year or so, your experience just proves it further.

Thats great news if I need them. I wish I could say that about my experience with Fisher, but I can't. I will be selling the Fisher based on the service I have received.
 
i got my excal back pretty quick from them also, but they didnt fix it!!, told them to check the battery connectors, ( wont work without foil), they didnt. I asked them to send a new battery pack in august and once i recieve i would send the old one back and still havent gotten it. Need to call them again. I have been working with Hanz, guess i will have to go above him.

Not clear, did you order a battery or is your unit under warranty and you wanted the old one replaced.

If your in the US, you need to call Sandy Burton at Minelab 1-702-891-8809 Ext. 21. Tell them Sandman from TNet sent you. Maybe they'll remember my name at Christmas. ::)
 
yes Sandy helped me as well,had a little display problem works great now.
