Got a few more bits of silver added to the pile today

Howdy all,
I made it out for a few hours this evening to a new spot. With school out I have been wandering to new fields almost every day. This morning I was on google earth and found a promising spot. So once I had finished all my chores, I was off. The new spot has 2 schools next to each other with 3 baseball diamonds and a soccerfield/football field. The area is huge. Pulltab Otis and I barely touched the soccer field and are planning our return trip tommorrow. My first keeper was the silver chain and tail pendant. The pendant was pristine until I dropped it in the parking lot, and stepped on it. Oh well. I straightened it out well enough to read the hallmark and left it alone. Next was the Small silver ring. I was workin back to the car and was happy to finish the hunt with a keeper. The targets are thick and it shows promise for many more keepers. I will for sure keep ya posted. Thanks for looking and luck in the hunt.

OK Just for you Mr. T. No trash pics because they were dumped multiple times at the field. But here is the clad. Along with a junk ring, medical bracelet piece, and a german coin. The German coin is a 2 mark from 1989, and the med. bracelet says Diabetic on the reverse. Also I think there is an arcade token in there somewhere.

thanks JJ i always like to see post with all the goods in em.. i save the scrap and recycle at the end of the year..then i do the pic of all the trash, and all the clad at the years end.. i think it was almost 200lbs last year of junk. most of it fit in ur pocket size stuff.. but thats part of the fun 8) MR TUFF

I try to empty my trash as soon as I get near a garbage can. Most is small bits of canslaw and foil or pulltabs. The clad is always tumbled and then rolled. It goes to the bank and gets used to fund my other favorite hobby. lol BBQ with the family.

I am certainly impressed with all of the silver and gold you find working newer ball fields. It is alot of work weeding out the foil and slaw to get those goodies. Enjoy your posts and pics, keep up the good work!

Thanks DD. No Mexico stamp in this one. Just the .925. I have dug them before with the mexico stamp. I beleive this is my 3rd or 4th wave ring. They are always fun to find.
