Its amazing that those '39 nickels are still around after being in circulation for 70 years. I guess since they look the same as all the others people don't notice them as much.

i have assembled 6 complete sets of nickels (minus the 50D) from circulation. i am amazed too at the number of old jefferson nickels still around

The decent mintage numbers help as well... not like pennies with their crazy amount of keys and semi-keys!
