Looks like it could be lead. How's the weight to it?
 

think your right not magnetic but its not as heavy as lead should be mk

Hmmm, lighter than lead looks, but not magnetic.... It is lighter, like a big hunk of melted aluminum? It has a really interesting surface from what I can see.
 

its not alummin heaver than a rock??? here you can see where i put it on my grinder

That surface, though... Do I see some small, round stones mixed in with the metal in that picture? I couldn't imagine the surface that something melted would have to be sitting on to come out with those rounded areas like that. It's definitely unique, that's for sure.
 

I've found dozens of "rocks" that look like that at old burned down house places. May be melted tin.
 

i think its melted lead but real old
 

old plummers lead has a high tin content
