Robert M. of Wisconsin shares a find he made below. Robert said, “What a surprise to find this 1919 Buffalo nickel! Of all places, it was in a tot lot in about 1" of wood chips. There is a hole in it, so I am guessing it was used as a charm on a bracelet or necklace. Anyway, it was one big surprise for me. One never knows where your next big find will be. Hope you enjoy the pics.”
Boy was I surprised to see my name and pics in the Lee Harris Lost Treasure Sept On line Newsletter.
I sent them the above article with the pics about two months ago. They did e mail me back right away and said they would put it in there News Letter. Bur I never thought they would print it.
Has anyone else put anything in the on line news letter. Good Md ing Shane
