Best of luck on the hunt, hope you are going to be able to post some keepers.🤞

Blu3 Nemo
hoping to give it a test run on Sun.
hope i get something to show
Casper i want one of those !! Looks like its pretty good from what I've seen here in florida....so far everyone I've talked to loves it.....maybe Christmas for me.....just have to let Santa know I've been a real good boy !!

Can't wait to hear what ya think !!

Awesome air supply. Will you be using a Vibra -Quatic? If it suddenly stops working, is there a reserve air supply? I remember my scuba tank from the late 60's had a rod connected to the valve on the tank that you would pull down to access the reserve when your tank is depleted. I always knew how close I was to an empty tank by keeping an eye on the pressure gauge. Doing a beach dive with a full wetsuit, tank and 20+ pounds of lead weightbelt is a thing of the past for this 71 yr. old dude. Good luck! If I was younger, I would love to get one of those.

Tom...Jim from ma. Is round your age...he got one recently...hopefully he may chime in

Hello Casper, this is Paride from Italy.
I also bought nemo some months ago and tried it underwater with the ctx 3030.I have a problem:the unit is a little noisy underwater and I can hardly hear the signals. What metal detector can i use in order to have higher volume?
Thanks

I use CZ 21s by Fisher (I own 3 of them)
I owned a Keene engineering hookah - which was electric and motor hummed
and had no problem hearing my machine
then got a gas powered hookah which was a little louder but still had no problem
then i put together a SNUBA system (scuba tank is floated on surface) - silent
system other than your own breathing - if you were in the U.S.
I could direct you to guys that could put better head phones on your machine
but being in Italy it would be expensive for them to do
maybe you can asked here about buying some very good water proof earphones
and have a pro over there attatch for you

All the best of luck with the new Blu3Nemo, very anxious to hear what you think of it!

You're going to love it! It hasn't helped me find much but its a pleasure. Just make sure you wear a dive watch. Supposedly it will beep when low on battery but the one time I ran it all the way down it just cut out on me somewhere between 2:30-3hrs and left me short of breath. Luckily I was testing in shallow water 5ft so I could surface on my feet but go deep early and come in shallow after 2 hrs. Or just switch batteries at 2+. Its been pretty sturdy and easy to use I've had it two seasons so far and used it a dozen times.
