Got out this morning while its still cool! 1873 and 03 indians, 1868 shield nickel , 1864 2 center!

Hit the site that I've named the Shield Nickel site, this makes number 16 or 17 that I've recovered from this site. The 2nd 2 center and 7 indians. 2 seated dimes have been found from the site also.

Another round of GREAT finds - congrats !

Sites like that are getting harder and harder to find - could it have been a old Picnic Grounds ?
I'd keep going back till I found nothing at all and then go back at least one more time just to be sure !

It's in a pretty remote section of the county, from the pottery and glass shards I believe it was a homestead mid to late 1800s, thanks for looking
