I got up early in Grand Junction this morning and headed to Nucla to get a used Grout Plant, I sold a guy in Denver. Far Western Colorado was beautiful as so often it is. The warehouse cat was happy to see me and then we loaded this heavy thing and I headed out of the enchanted lands. I just got home an hour ago completing a 365 mile trip back to the hussle & bustle of the front range. It's very cold and windy here at home tonight.

Nice pics & sweet kitty. What is the grout plant used for? Here in Florida I've never seen one. I order grout from a cement plant, the truck puts it in a pump we have and we grout the walls that way. Very labor intensive.

The function for the grout pump is to inject pressured grout into 10" x 16' holes down. It's called a mircro pile fondation. The two over passes will be better supported under the concrete supports, because they're slowly sinking.

Got it, makes perfect sense.

Who drove their truck into the police station in GJ?

Has the big storm hit out there yet?

I hadn't heard anything on driving into a cop station. The cold front has moved in and axlis says it 3° right now with a high of 9° today. The whole point of me getting after that pump this last week was so I didn't make a run in the cold this week. Saw on the weather last night they forecast a good dump of snow in the mountains as being great news for the ⛷️ ⛷️ ⛷️ this week. I just stepped outside about an hour ago and my next door neighbors were already up and loading the car to head up there.

Liked that last pic in the first post. I might have missed it, but did you finally break down and get a new truck?

I bought a 2017 dodge ram 1500 couple years ago. It's nothing fancy. I wanted an 8' bed, so I'm able to throw a few things in the back and being a single cab is a good excuse to decline taking my truck when my comrades come around. That way they can drive, because my luggage is on the passenger side.
