At first I thought it was a coin, but posted it on a few Continental forums, and got an answer of a Vlaams (Belgian-Dutch speaking) forum.
Apparently it´s an Ord, a medal, either from Liege in Belgium, or one from The Spanish-Dutch era, both 17 th Century. I´ll know more when I get it cleaned and straightened (Got a ding in the corner from a plough strike)

Will do, got another (Only struck one side though this time), about 2 miles away on another field yesterday. My mates getting a bit peeved because although he has more coins at the end of the day, I have the older ones ;-)

Also got a couple of crosses from the 30 year war (16th to 17th Century), and lots of Reichs and Rente Pfennigs again.
