Gotta give me "Props....."

Ya I found this under an ol tree while hunting an early 1920's house last week. Found it about 4" down.

Now if I could only go back and find the boat?!!

looks like an old style johnson/evinrude with a bad bushing. those bushings are replaceable so it looks like you got a goop propeller there. I found one earlier this month in lake erie. on the hub should be a series of numbers with the size and serial number.

Someone probably hid it there to try and stop someone else from fishing all the time at the lake.
