Kindest regards,

My wife make the best barbecue shrimp and grits. We also had some fresh boudin and eggs. It’s where breakfast meets dinner...so so good.

Would have to travel to get that kind of food. Nothing like that around here. Mexican and Chinese that’s it.

My friend Possum who I hunt with gave me some shrimp they caught. We had a good shrimp season plenty of jumbos. Those shrimp where swimming yesterday.
I’m must say we are blessed to have delicious food here and the wive that know how to make it. Lol

Hi , Shame you cannot smell on the internet , looks yummy. My favorite is abalone ( seasnail) and flake (gummy shark). We don,t eat the big species of shark they keep the tourist numbers down. If ever come down under i can show where to go find Jaws. LOL Tp

Never had it. Never been to a place that offered it. Would be hard to find a place that severed grits. I have to make my own grits.

Throw in a few slices of Jalapeno Peppers and that would be lip-smackin delicious!

I just love weird food like that! Just finished cooking a big batch of Creole-style snapper soup with a huge turtle that I pulled out of the pond.

Turtle or snapper?

If using snapper, it also has a little bit of the chef in it. That soup would be finger licking good.

Oh that’s gonna be delicious. When I was little I caught a huge alligator snapping turtle and put it in a big ice chest to keep it as a pet. Well the poor thing couldn’t even move, it’s
shell touched both sides. Well I went to school the next day and it flipped over the cooler and got away I was heartbroken.

20 years later on my Dad’s death bed we where talking about life and he said, “Remember that huge turtle you caught that time?” I said of course!. He said, “Remember that special gumbo I made you to cheer you up?”

I would love love love to try fresh abalone. Is it the texture of a oyster? Does it has natural saltines to it?

I would need those 'Headless & Peeled ' & also in a Mild sauce ( not spicy or real salty).

The dish dose look tasty.
GD

That’s where all the juice is trapped in the head and in the shell between the shrimp.

Yes you suck the head :)

"Yes you suck the head"

Not. Touching. This. 😱

Damn, I could almost eat the picture. Thanks for the torture, pal!
