Just in from Rachel Dunn:

this is all i have so far

Hi all,

Governor Brown has just vetoed Item 3 in SB87, which was the language which would have cut off the funding to complete the EIR!

I do not have conclusive information on AB120 yet, I will follow up with you on that this afternoon.

Cheers to EVERY person who wrote, faxed, and called the Legislators and Governor!!!!!!
Rachel
