The Murrell Treasure/KGC has been past around Natchitoches parish for many years. Although there are many stories and newspaper articles, there has never been proof of any treasure
that has been located from the many tales I have heard. Growing up in this area, history of this account has been distorted to a certain degree. One man who is very old and knowledgeable of the area claims he has documentation that the government confiscated one of these treasures in a grand ecore cemetery. would like for some input on this.
