My 4 yr old Austin and I got to go out for our first hunt, after chores of course.Wasn't much time and i didn't have much experience. Using my MXT Pro we headed to a local park that had white sand volleyball courts. I figured the sandy soil is easy dig and though soggy as is easy to wipe off.. Well , we dug six targets.. all were exactly what they said.. clad penny, dime couple quarters and yes it said pull tab and it was..... but our last dig was best .. a ring...don't know value but still a ring ..... and a son who is fired up to go again.. pics below

Metal detecting is in the blood! Your son will be pulling some nice relics up all by himself before you can bat another eye. And Kudo's on the digging.
