I purchased the AT Pro Adventure Pack from Kellyco's website a couple days ago. The next day, I saw an ad which said you can get a free pinpointer if you buy a detector over a specified amount. I remembered another member saying they had honored a checkout code for him, so sent an email to customer service and told them I would gladly pay shipping if they could honor the code. Just got an email saying they had sent the pointer today USPS! Awesome! With all the good posts I have read here on Tnet, I will very likely be a lifelong customer. Thanks Kellyco! THAT is how you keep customers.
I did mention I was a member of Tnet, but don't know if that contributed to their good service, or not.
