I'm always very careful when I'm disconnecting headset and coil when I'm putting my AT Pro away. A couple nights ago when I disconnected my headset the little plastic connector inside came out. I've been debating about getting an amphibious set of headsets anyway, but I wasn't quite ready to buy yet. I called Garrett customer service to see if I could send in my old headset to get it repaired. Instead the lady is sending me a brand new one to replace my old one. Just a little plug for Garrett customer service, it was a painless process and I'm very satisfied. Thanks!
