Short hunt nets, 5 wheats, a rough looking silver war nickel, and a neat medallion. The medallion was in the grass, didn't even have to dig. Just glad to be still digging in December!

Yes, pleasant day yesterday. I even got out to swing for an hour or so. WTG on the silver nickel-haven't found one of those yet.

Nickel was found in a gravel drive area. It had likely been run over many times??
