I've been hitting up a few fields that I've been doing for a couple years plus some newer ones along with a couple of old homes of friends. Trying to keep up with the fields as with this great weather we've had these past few weeks is giving an early start for the farmers also.
...at a friends house dated 1875 but built on a much older foundation came a Tombac button (1780's?), a 1906 Canada One Cent, and in one hole two Indians ~ 1985 & 1905 and a 1909 Wheatie (no VDB).
...various fields have produced (not pictured) a nice croto bell, cleaned up well. I'll have to get a pic to post later. A 1943P silver war nickel and in these pics you'll see differant types and era's of buttons.
