Look at the stars in this one song. I would give a months wages to see it. 11 stars out of 10.

I'm Johnny Cash's biggest fan, DigginGirls' first CD was of Johnny Cash. This is a timeless piece.

Tremendous! My favorite also. However, the greatest 'concert' I have ever known,I was in.It was performed on Dec 8 ,1941.At the starting bell of school, they had all the kids, every grade, out onto the playground and even sitting on the rail fences. And we all sang every patriotic song that had ever been written and also some hymns and most of us cried.I'll never forget.

That sounds cool. Thanks for bringing it up.

Johnny Cash was a true american original. theres not a lot of company on that list and even less if you only count living ones. i would also put Willie Nelson on that list, alongside Elvis and Ray Charles and James Brown. all of those guys had one thing in common, they sounded like themselves. maybe even Neil Young belongs on that list too.

Look closr dude.....Johnny Cash, Waylon Jenkins, Willie Nelson and Kris Kristofinion (spelling).

Back in the summer of '86 I had the pleasure, and I do mean pleasure to work with Johnny Cash. Escort, Bodyguard thing when he came to Oregon. He was performing outside and doing two shows. It was 106 degrees around the first show, Mr. Cash was more concerned about the workers than anything else, he informed me to make sure all workers had plenty of water throughout the show. Then after the last show he demanded to give me something extra for my work. I informed him that I do not need anything, but my mother was there and a big fan of his. Mr. Cash then started walking away turned and ask my mothers name. I informed him of her name and 5 minutes later he came back with a photo album personally autographed to my mother. My mom cherished that until the day she died. I told cynangel about it and when we were going through some of mom's stuff she found it and now I have it to pass on to my children/grandchildren.THERE IS NOT A FINER MAN I HAVE MET IN THE ENTERTAINMENT FIELD THAN JOHNNY CASH !!!!!!!!!!! Oh yea Kris, Waylon and Willie are okay too. Not much of a Country fan but those 4 are ones i'd listen to any day

That's a wonderful life experience, Dave. Thanks for posting it.
