Green bar with number and arrow on it?

Noticed a green bar on member pages, with number and arrow. Is this some kind of ranking system? I’m new, trying to understand all of the site’s features. Didn’t see a thread pertaining to this.

Every time a post is liked. It gets a vote.
So if a person hits the winner, banner 🏅, like, winner it changes that number in the green bar.
