green glass vase

[walking dead fan]

I'm looking for help identifying this vase. It has no markings/stamps on it and when looking through an eye loop the morning glory design looks like tiny glass beads on top of colored paint. Also, I do not see a seam on the vase....maybe hand blown? Any info would be most helpful.
