Hi all,
new here and It is my first year metal detecting (began in september) and I am hooked-up !
Interested in old coins and relics mainly, love learning about the history of our land and people.
Already found some nice things like an 18th century trade axe (my first hunt at the back of my house in the woods !!) , 1766 counterfeit Irish half penny, musket ball, crotal bells, tombacs button, 1 bale seal and two military button (love finding those). Winter has come early over here so will have to wait till next spring to get back at it !
