hey everyone.....
im in kent,wa. right now but moving to San Antonio, Tx. soon.i have been surfin the MD sites for a feew weeks now trying to figure out which hybrid detector to start detecting with. im retired navy so i have alot of time on my hands so i thought a hobby like this might help me get out some and meet some new people.

You should deff start with the Garrett AT Pro. AWESOME detector, easy learning curve. Check out Bigboysbobbies.NET for the best deal around. Guy that works there is Bart, I actually just bought the AT Pro Adventure Pack from him and it'll be in the mail later today:).

Oh and don't leave WA either, we will miss you and Barter Faire is about to happen again in June!!!!!

OMG there is so much to look at on the forums....i cant stop surffing...lol

so...ive been shopping detectors....would a garett at pro be to much to start with??? ive watched the videos for it and it seems pretty nice.

The At Pro is easy to use, not much of a learning curve, and great features for the price. Be aware that here is limited availability right now due to increased demand.
