Welcome to the party... Now that my friend is some different stuff..... What is stat pointed rock thing? You have a good place to hunt. Looking forward to more...Good Luck and Happy Hunting
Started with a Garrett. I think I've probably tried everything make and model from 1977, all the way to the up to the E-trac and GPX 4800.
Nothing new as for me now, I am pretty much handicapped.
sorry for my Russian....don't speak a lick. You, my friend are hunting is a place a lot of us would like to get a crack at. Your English is fine. You should hear how some of us butcher it here at home! Great finds, would love to see more of your finds!
Two other coins look like Antoninus Pius and Valerianus I.
Another coin shows the mark of value "X". What does the reverse of that coin look like?
Don......
My ancestors came from Scotland, though I've visited there several times. Coins can be found most anywhere there, though I've never found a gold coin in Scotland. Yet, gold coins have been found there. One find remains of special interest to me. Gold coins were found in Lake Hakon--various spellings-- (near Scotland's north shore town of Tongue), dropped there when Bonnie Prince Charles was being hunted down by the locals, including the MacKay Clan. Charles party threw gold coins into the Lake (Loch) to prevent they being taken for the MacKays, et. al. Most of the coins were recovered, but not all.

An interesting story, not far from the city where I live 50-60 kilometers was a Roman fortification, but from it there was one hill, the weight strewn with ceramics, here around it I found many Roman coins ... I dream to find a gold aureus! Roman gold))
