Grinding stoner

So I was out walking a site a couple weeks back where we find tons of artifacts and my wife picked this up. All 4 sides are worn down in a way that’s almost polished. 2 spots are completely flat and flush. The other 2 have a curved inward angle. May be nothing, but I kept it on the slight chance it was something
