I have seen your pic posted here and I have 20 plus years of learning signs and symbols.

Here is what I recommend you to do..

Please take all photos in full sun from 11-1pm during the summer
If this sun mark does not come out of the shadow then Please
chalk in very very carefully all the chiseled lines, then take the
photo. ( digital camera with 3-5 megapixels minimum)

Once you do this we all will try to help you understand what you have found
but as it is WE can't SEE what you have found.

When you are at the site with the rock engravings..look for rock piles, boulders stacked
with any hoyos (small windows that you can see blue sky thru- mostly you will be standing
facing North,with your back to the Sun) You are looking for the Alpha Monument
