Looks old, cool find. "Drams" only place i have seen that word was on a shotglass i have and it is from Scotland, says " A Wee Dram"

I haven't had a chance to research yet but I do have a feeling it's possibly a repro. The handle looks almost new - like a pier one piece.

"Dram" is also used as a measure of the powder charge in a shotgun shell, representing the equivalent of black powder in drams avoirdupois

What are the markings on the bottom of the measure? It looks good to me. I think it's old. Do they even make reproductions of this type of thing?

This is so cool! I had one of these not that long ago but I didn't know what it was. It had no writing on it and if I remember right the metal part was shaped like the metal end of a shotgun shell. I'm sure it got put into my moms store or donated. Interesting piece!
