Had a good day on Good Friday

Went into bank this morning for coins. Got some dimes and nickels, and the teller had a few rolls of halves and some loose ones right on her desk (I think she was rolling up some of the loose ones). My guess is that the person or two before me must have turned them in.

I asked for them and she sold me them all - $30.50 in total. I can see one of the rolls had a red 67 written on it - and it turned out it was exactly as advertised. Just lucky to be in the right place at the right time.

All in got $28.50 in 40% halves - one of the rolls had $2 in clad.

Most are open (some branches of BofA and Wells are still temporarily closed entirely), and none have any appointment required to see a teller - it has been that way for quite some time.
