I don't think it is a hook from a peavey. They are held on with a bolt and there is no hole in the item shown for a bolt to go through

On second thought I don't think so either, even if there was a broken bolt in the hole, or full of rust, the extra bump on the lower end (bottom of pic.) shouldn't be there. So back to square one, and no idea.
