Half searching got me excited today

I have been going through $500 in halfs every week or so. I order them from my local bank. Last week I got 1 90% and 4 %40 today I open the box and right on top of one of the rolls is a 1942 Walker in beautiful shape. The other $499.50 nadda. I did get a 1980 that appears to have a bulge in one side but no indent in the other.

Half searching continues to produce more obsolete coinage than any other demonination.

My semi-weekly $10 penny run had decent results -

Wow, congratulations on the Walker and the other silver halves. I've ordered a few boxes of halves before and I usually find one or two 40% silver halves. The Walker is really a surprise for ordered rolls.
