Hammered Cob antique find identification?

I found this coin in a huge box of old coins at an antique shop today. Any coin you want for $5. I’m hoping someone could identify it. I’m not well versed in hammered coins so I’m not sure what origin it stems from or its age. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
 

Yes, this is an add-on to an old thread.
The six balls within a crest represents the Coat of Arms of the Medici.
The number of balls in the crest fluctuated between 5 and 11, but since 1465 the number has been fixed at 6--as shown here:
Don in SoCal.
